Cindy Gilmore began her career as a corporate and commercial law clerk with a large international law firm prior to establishing CLC Business Services in 2002. Cindy specializes in Corporate work including incorporations, organizations, amendments, dissolutions, revivals and other corporate proceedings including, extra-provincial registrations and limited partnership registrations. Cindy also has experience with corporate due diligence including, reviewing corporate records, providing reports and preparing remedial documentation.
Under special arrangements, Cindy also works closely with clients to assist with their Personal Property Security Act registration and compliance requirements.
